For the crust
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup finely ground pretzel chips
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
For the filling
2 large eggs
¼ teaspoon salt
6 ounces smoked salmon, chopped fine
2 – 8 ounce packs cream cheese, soft and diced
1 English cucumber, sliced 14 inch thick
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
2 tablespoons Greek parsley, chopped
1 ounce smoked salmon, in a large piece
Black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon lemon zest
½ cup sour cream
1 chive, left whole
Crackers or pretzels to serve
